I started my training journey trying to help myself, and realized I can help others improve their lives also.
I grew up in Northern California with a love for the outdoor and physical activities, not only for the body but for the mind. I grew up thinking just like everyone else in my family and my community that genetics shaped my life, and there is nothing I can do about it. I have come to realize that the only way to make a lifestyle change is to incorporate healthy habits with activities that I love. Through personal training, I am now able to share this gift with people, which keeps me motivated to improve as I see my clients improve.
I obtained my personal training certificate through NFPT in 2005. I completed 200 hour program through YOGA ALLIANCE in 2008. Since then, I have had experience working with clients of all ages and fitness levels.
